English singer, songwriter Robbie Williams, 38, is high on fatherhood at the moment. The Angels hit-maker also recently announced his 2013 European stadium tour, emphasising that daughter Theodora would accompany him on parts of the tour, ensuring that he sleeps well. He tells us about getting back with his band Take That, how he loves spending time with his daughter, and about his latest album Take The Crown.

Excerpts from an e-mail interview:
Tell us about the new album…
I think I’ve really come into my element for this album. It is exactly what Pop music should be like. It hasn’t got too many words, it’s not serious at all, it’s just fun. It is really different from my previous work because I’m a different person now and my music has always reflected my life. It’s a lot happier and a lot lighter and more summery. I hope my fans like the album!
Did you expect Take That to do so well when you reunited in 2006?
I wasn’t really thinking about it at that point, I was just happy to be back with the group and it was a big moment in my life. And to be honest we put everything we’ve got into our work. I think that’s what makes the results so great.

What do you credit your success to?
I just believe that hard work will eventually lead to success.

Your thoughts on Indian music?

I’m aware of Bollywood and I know there’s a lot of music in your films but I wouldn’t be able to name any actors, I’m afraid.

Besides music, what keeps you busy?
Right now, I invest all my time in my daughter. Being a dad has been amazing and it has changed my life. I love everything about being a dad, including changing nappies!
