Roadies X4: Shocking! Karan Kundra throws coffee on a contestant's face

The new season of MTV Roadies is back and this time, it's called MTV Roadies X4. New judges have come in place of Esha Deol and Vijender Singh while Raanvijay Singh Singha and Karan Kundra retain their role of judges. Sushil Kumar has replaced Vijender whereas Esha's role has been taken over by Neha Dhupia. 

But the show is only getting murkier by the day. In a sad battle for TRPs, the creative team is pulling strings the way they want to. In a no-holds barred episode, we are shown a sneak peek of the auditions that will be telecast this week. And imagine what happens! 

Initially the video starts off on a fun note with two girls clawing in on each other. But soon, it gets dramatic. So much that you realise it's totally fake and just done to bring in the numbers in the TRP race. Towards the end of the video, we see Karan throwing coffee on a contestant's face. Now, that's shocking as well as really insulting. 

We don't understand what gives the channel and the makers the power to pull off such stunts on ordinary people. And more than that what surprises us is, despite all the insults and the taunts, why do people flock in such numbers to even make a joke of themselves on the show? TV has certainly reached one of its saddest stages, which needs a makeover soon!
