Rihanna's green gift

For most it may be a bouquet of red roses, but as Rihanna shared with her fans, there’s another way to her heart. The 24-year-old singer shared a suspicious snap on her Instagram account Thursday of a large handful of what appears to be marijuana plants.

“Roses are green! Somebody knows how to make me happy,” she captioned the photo, perhaps signalling that the large buds came as a holiday gift.

And by Friday afternoon, the image had over 200,000 likes on Instagram - and nearly 3,000 retweets on Twitter. It’s unknown if the suspect-looking greenery came courtesy of her beau Chris Brown, who just days earlier was spotted with Rihanna at a Grammy’s afterparty in Hollywood.
