Richa Chadha reacts on Fatima Sana Shaikh being slut-shamed on social media

Recently, three actresses were slut-shamed on social media. Priyanka Chopra for wearing a skirt for a meet with the Prime Minister, Deepika Padukone for wearing what she did for a magazine photoshoot and Fatima Sana Shaikh for donning a swimsuit.

Crass comments ranged from slut shaming her to slamming her for wearing a swimsuit during Ramadan. Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif spoke about the whole incident and made their point clear. 

Now, Richa Chadha too has broken silence on the whole Fatima row and said -
"I am not aware of this controversy but I feel, if she was an athlete or swimmer and if she would have had posted her picture, then also people would have shown problem with it. Women are trolled all the time, it is not because it’s a holy month of Ramadan or anything. Even on any other normal day if she would have put picture like this, then also there would have been horrible comments. People can only comment on things, so it shouldn’t matter much. I don’t think it is something to be discussed also and media people should also be aware of that."
