Revealed: Shruti Haasan to walk the red carpet at Cannes this year!

Shruti Haasan will make her debut at the Cannes Film Festival this year. She will be seen walking the red carpet on the opening night on May 18 to unveil her period film in which she plays a warrior princess, reports Bombay Times.

The actress is quoted saying, "I am excited to take the film to an international audience through such a prestigious platform. The audience across the globe will be able to connect with the story. I am looking forward to the big day."

Meanwhile, Shruti will soon be seen in Bollywood flick Behen Hogi Teri alongside Rajkummar Rao. The trailer of the film has already been unveiled and it's quite quirky and refreshing!
