Christine Cavanaugh, the legendary voice star who had lent her voice to Babe the pig and Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory, has died. She was 51.

The voice actress, who was known for voicing numerous major cartoons, took her last breath on December 22nd, and the details regarding her death are still not revealed, TMZ.com reported.

She had voiced characters including Chuckie the red-headed baby from Rugrats, characters from Darkwing Duck, Aladdin, The Critic, The Powerpuff Girls and The Wild Thornberrys.

Cavanaugh took retirement in 2001, after which her character in Rugrats was replaced by Nancy Cartwright, the famous voice behind Bart Simpson.
