Athiya Shetty knocks it out of the ballpark in this Pankaj and Nidhi creation inspired by pieces of shattered glass. The nude heels complement the pastel tone of the dress and the bright lip complement the prints. The lack of any accessories keeps it clean and fuss-free.
FRUMPY DUMPY
With a killer bod like that we are puzzled why would Malaika Arora Khan opt for such a cut-out-of-a-curtain skirt. Even if we overlook the crop top, the sordid skirt looks creased and jewel-tone just makes it photograph badly. Make-up and hair-wise no complaints! She needs to sack the stylist now for making her appear so lame on the red carpet. PS: Malla, we'd rather see her in numbers with thigh-high slits and micro minis.
Jhataak chic
We get in that festive season has kicked in and it's time to bling it on but so much bling? Dia Mirza's ornate outfit didn't need so much jewellery. And if she was feeling the so festive fever so much, she should have just put on one piece of jewellery instead of going all out bling blazing - jhumkas, necklace and earrings. Airport chic
We love Shweta Bachchan Nanda's military chic on the airport. She pulls off the tone on tone look rather well and offsets her ensemble with a tote in neutral tones. Aviator sunglasses add to the great finish. Thumbs up!
PROPORTIONS MATTER
Gauahar Khan's skirt is fine but the crop top looks too busy. We wish it was sleeve-less because the poufy sleeves don't add anything to the look. The look could have been much better with a bit of editing and tweaking.
NEEDED A POP TONE
Sussanne Khan looks washed out by a raging desert dune in that all-nude look. If it weren't for the bag, she would have looked like an apparition taking human shape out of a mound of sunny sand. Wish she had accented her look with a pop accent.
