Ranveer-Varun to have Koffee With Karan

In the last season of Koffee With Karan, Ranveer Singh had appeared with his BFF Arjun Kapoor. The duo was also promoting their film Gunday then. This time, sources say the Befikre actor will be going on the show with Varun Dhawan, who will be appearing on the show for the third time. The first time he went along with his Student Of The Year co-stars Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, the second time it was with Alia for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya.

Says a source, “Varun and Ranveer have not done a film together so far. So, this will be the first time they will be sharing screen space. In June this year the two had bonded on Twitter when Varun impersonated the Pakistani singer Taher Shah on a comedy show. He had dressed up the way Taher had in the music video, Angel. Ranveer who had earlier mimicked the Pakistani singer’s Eye To Eye, tweeted to Varun saying, “Hahahaha! Brrrrruuuh @Varun_dvn #taher #savage.” Varun had also playfully responded to Ranveer. The two together should be fun on the show. They will be shooting for it soon.” Considering both are live-wire and cheeky, wonder who will walk away with the hamper. Koffee With Karan, we hear, will begin on November 6. There have been reports of Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt being the first celebrity guests.
