Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal
One of the most talented actor brother-sister pair in Hollywood today, Maggie (the older of the two) is known for her critically acclaimed role in Secretary, as well as her part in The Dark Knight and was even nominated for an Oscar for Crazy Heart. Little brother Jake is no less on the achievement scale taking home a BAFTA Award for his performance as Jack in Brokeback Mountain. The duo have worked together in an indie flick Donnie Darko and are often spotted catching up over dinner together.

Jaden and Willow Smith
They may still be teens but that hasn't stopped them from achieving success. Will and Jada Smith's kids are already raking in the millions. Jaden got his career break when he starred with his father in The Pursuit of Happyness, following which he did a remake of The Karate Kid. Willow has not only acted in a number of films like I Am Legend and Kit Kittredge: An American Girl but also has a successful music career to her credit.

John and Joan Cusack
This talented brother-sister act ruled Hollywood in the 80s and early 90s. Older sister Joan received Academy Award nominations for her roles in the films Working Girl and In & Out, while John is known for his flicks like Being John Malkovich and America's Sweethearts. Interestingly, the pair have co-starred in 10 movies together including Sixteen Candles, Say Anything and High Fidelity.

Kate and Oliver Hudson
The offsprings of Bill Hudson and Goldie Hawn, Kate has already won a Golden Globe for her role in Almost Famous and has starred in several other flicks including How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and The Reluctant Fundamentalist, while brother Oliver has acted opposite his mother in The Out-of-Towners and played lead roles in TV series like My Guide to Becoming a Rock Star and Rules of Engagement. The duo are said to be quite close and often have family gatherings.

Julia and Eric Roberts
While Julia Roberts has carved a name for herself in Hollywood with hits such as Steel Magnolias and Pretty Woman and an Oscar for Best Actress for Erin Brockovich, brother Eric isn't too far behind with films such as King of the Gypsies and Runaway Train which earned him Golden Globe nominations. Their other sister Lisa Roberts Gillan and Eric's daughter Emma Roberts are also actors.

David, Patricia and Rosanna Arquette
The Arquette family has made a name for themselves in Hollywood. David is known for his acting, directing and producing work, first achieving fame for the Scream series. Rosanna starred in Desperately Seeking Susan alongside Madonna, for which she won a BAFTA award and has also directed and produced a few documentaries. Meanwhile, Patricia is known for her roles in Lost Highway, Bringing Out The Dead and her part of a real life psychic in the supernatural drama series Medium for which she won an Emmy award.

Warren Beatty and Shirley MacLaine
These siblings seem unstoppable. Both Warren Beatty and Shirley MacLaine have excelled not just as actors but directors and producers too. Younger bro Warren won an Oscar for Best Director for Reds, and has also been nominated for other films like Heaven Can Wait. Shirley was awarded the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role for Terms of Endearment aside from being getting five nominations.

Jane and Peter Fonda
While older sister Jane gained fame in the 60s with films such as Barbarella and Cat Ballou, winning many awards for other films along the way, Peter gained critical acclaim for his role in Ulee's Gold, that earned him a Golden Globe. The pair have also co-starred in the film, Spirits of the Dead.
