In an interview, Saloni has rubbished reports which said that she was the first person who Rahul called to inform about Pratyusha's death
The Pratyusha Banerjee death case is getting murkier by the day. After her friends and family blamed Rahul Raj Singh for mistreating Pratyusha and also held him responsible for her death, there were stories of how Rahul's closeness to his ex-girlfriend Saloni Sharma had soured his relationship with Pratyusha.
After a lot of hullabaloo, Saloni finally came out in the open and decided to speak about the issue once and for all. She recently told a leading daily that it was not her but Pratyusha who was the other woman in Rahul's life.
Now in an interview with Bollywoodlife.com, Saloni has slammed Pratyusha's industry friends for blaming her, despite not knowing her at all. "Vikas Gupta, Kamya Punjabi, Rakhi Sawant or Dolly Bindra have never met, spoken or interacted with me. They have never even cast a passing glance at me at a party/event. You can verify this with them. My name was raised by them. If you observe carefully her parents or the police did not take the name of Saloni Sharma.," she told the portal.
Not just that, Saloni also made another interesting revelation. While it was being said that Rahul called her up, immediately after Pratyusha's death to inform her about the incident, Saloni has a different version to tell. "I came to know about the incident from his friends. I then called up friends who have known us from a long time and told them to find out what has exactly happened," Saloni revealed.
It now needs to be seen what Rahul has to say about all this. Rahul is doing well and is on his way to recovery. After he's released from the hospital, he might be arrested and interrogated.
