Priya Prakash Varrier's picture finds a place on CPI's youth wing poster

Malayalam actress Priya Prakash Varrier, also known as the 'National crush' of the country, shot to fame soon after a video clip from her debut Malayalam film Oru Aadar Love song Manikya Malaraya Poovi went viral on social media in the Valentine's week this year.

The said video has her raising her eyebrows, winking and then blushing coyly at a boy who crushes on her in school. The girl who 'winked her way to fame' as she's known, has now found a place on the poster of the Communist Party of India (CPI)'s youth wing poster. 

The youth wing of CPI has used a picture of Priya in which she can be seen winking, on the poster of their campaign. With this, we're rest assured that Priya Prakash Varrier's craze isn't going to die down so soon. 

As of now, the All india Students Federation (AISF) conferencde is going on in Malappuram. The CPI generally used the face of some or the other leading communist leader. Back in December, they had used a picture of the head of North Korea - Kim Jong-Un. 

Meanwhile, Priya is enjoying her new found overnight popularity. The 18-year old actress is also a model, a trained Mohiniattam dancer and a singer. She's currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree from Thrissur.
