Priya Prakash Varrier and Roshan Abdul Rauf's VIRAL lip-lock in 'Oru Adaar Love' leaves parents and teachers fuming

Priya Prakash Varrier, who is all set to make her debut with Malayalam film 'Oru Adaar Love' this Valentine's day', is getting brutally trolled for a lip-lock scene with her co-actor Roshan Abdul Rauf. The 19-year-old starlet, who became an overnight sensation for her arresting 'wink' in the song 'Manikya Malaraya Poovi', is now being criticised for setting a wrong example in front of the school-going youth.

With the film slated to release on February 14, a new teaser of the Telugu version 'Lovers Day' was unveiled on Wednesday. The less-than-one-minute clip sees Priya locking lips with Roshan. The two are seen in school uniforms, nervous in each other’s company until Roshan swoops in and surprises her with a kiss.

While the video went viral within seconds, it left a few users offended and angry. While many users urged that the video be brought down, others highlighted that the content is unsuitable for school-going audience. "Stop creating bad influence among school kids". "It will affect our children, so please report this video," read a comment on Youtube.

The romantic comedy, also starring Siyadh Shajahan and Noorin Shereef, will hit the screens in both Malayalam and Telugu on February 14, 2019. The film's release was delayed as director Omar Lulu decided to increase the length of Priya and Roshan's characters after the 'wink' clip went viral. 

Priya is also gearing up for her Bollywood release 'Sridevi Bungalow' which is currently caught in a controversy.
