Police suspect boyfriend of foul play in Bobbi Kristina's criminal investigation

Police have started an criminal investigation in Bobbi Kristina Brown's case, and are suspecting her boyfriend for the possible foul play.

According to law enforcement sources, the 21-year-old singer had certain injuries, and there was allegedly a history of violence between Bobbi Kristina and boyfriend Nick Gordon, TMZ.com reported.

The authorities are looking into a possible altercation more than an hour before Bobbi Kristina was found face down in a bathtub, and it is believed that it was her friend Max Lomas, who discovered her.

Lomas had arrived at her house around 9 am that day and said that he hung out with Gordon but did not see her. When he asked Gordon said she was in the bedroom, and just wandered away.

It was Lomax only who opened the door for cable guy sometime after 10 am as Gordon was not around, and it was when the cable guy asked for access to the bedroom, he went in and found Bobbi Kristina in the tub.

Lomax has reportedly claimed that Nick had cleaned up the home and removed blood stains, and though police interviewed both him and Nick, they now want to debrief Max again.

However, sources say Lomas' lawyer has insisted for immunity before he speaks again. (ANI)
