'Parrvarish's' Raavi as Pihu?

Sources say that Aanchal Munjal is likely to play the role of grown-up Pihu in Bade Acche Laggte Hai that is going in for a nine-year leap. Aanchal is currently seen as Raavi in Parrvarish, that will be going off air on August 14.

The leap in Bade... is happening on August 12. However, Aanchal says that nothing has been confirmed and talks are still on. Even as she is shooting for Parrvarish, Aanchal is feeling sad that the serial, which she has been a part of for two years is coming to an end. “Going on the sets of Parrvarish was exciting. It never felt like work. We are almost like family especially my screen-dad Vishal Singh. I don’t have a father and I consider him my father. He advises me whenever I have a problem and helps me. I have told him that he has to be there at my wedding whenever it happens!”

As for her character Raavi, Aanchal says that she learned several things about herself while playing the role. “I used to imagine myself in her situations and react. However, there were times when I realised I am not like her. When a guy proposes, I cannot ask him why like Raavi did, instead I just stop talking to him,” she smiles. Ask her about Bade... and she says if the role is challenging, she will take it up. “However, my mother is the one who is in talks with the makers and she knows best,” says Aanchal.
