Parineeti Chopra might not be in the country but she's sparked off a huge debate before flying off. Allegedly, Parineeti Chopra, while attending a recent event for Akshay Kumar's martial arts training centre for women, made a rather surprising statement about her family's humble background.

She claimed that she didn't have any money to afford a car or a driver and had to drive a cycle to school. Following this, one of her classmates have exposed her lie and slammed her in a Facebook post. Although the actress too has now come out with an official statement, by now the damage has been done.
