Oops: Is this picture from Salman Khan's 'Sultan' photoshopped?

Sultan is one of the most keenly awaited films of the year and its stills and teaser has already excited Bhai fans across the world.  Now the film is back in the limelight for a rather funny reason.

After sharing the teaser, Salman Khan shared a picture on his Twitter profile which doesn't look real. This image of Salman which has gone viral appears to show a scoop of meat missing from his leg and something bizarre protruding from his chest.

While this particular scene wasn't there in the teaser, we have no idea who made the picture.
