Nicki Minaj says she is dating Eminem, but is she?

Rapper Nicki Minaj said that she and Eminem are dating.

Minaj, 35, had rapped about Eminem on YG's new single "Big Bank", saying that she had "met Slim Shady" and that "once he go black, he'll be back again." 

"You dating Eminem?" one of Minaj's Instagram followers asked in the comments to a video of the verse Minaj posted to Instagram. The rapper replied "Yes." Eminem also replied saying, "girl you know it's true" in a playful tone.

Nicki went back and said, "Babe, I thought we were gonna keep it on the low til the wedding. Yikes. I'll talk to you when I get home."

But according to TMZ, Minaj "was only joking". 

But this conversation was enough for the fans to make up conspiracy theories, take it seriously, and make fun of those who are taking it seriously, what have you.

Both the rappers have referenced each other in various rap songs, Minaj's Barbie Tingz being the latest one. So was Nicki Minaj playing everyone by admitting she is dating Eminem or is it all really true?
