New 'Ek Villain' trailer reveals the film to be a nail biting story

The official trailer of the most keenly anticipated romantic thriller of this season - Ek Villain, from the director of 'Murder 2', 'Raaz 2' and 'Aashiqui 2', Mohit Suri is out.

It seems a riveting tale chart with bursting music, emotions and high drama.

Starring Sidharth Malhotra and Shradha Kapoor in the leading roles along with Ritesh Deshmukh, the film is produced by Ekta Kapoor under her Balaji Motion Pictures banner, the film is said to release in 27th June, 2014. It also marks the first-time pairing of Siddharth and Shraddha.

After the success of 'Aashiqui 2', director Mohit Suri signed Mithoon and Ankit Tiwari to compose music for Ek Villain. Surprisingly, Ankit Tiwari who sang the film’s first song “Galliyan Teri Galliyan” is in police custody in a rape case. It has already worked for the negative publicity of the song.

The soundtrack has 6 songs with one track by the lead actress Shraddha Kapoor who makes her debut as a playback singer.

The movie is based on the character of Guru (Sidharth), a quiet, tough and ruthless boy working for a politican. A dark past refuses to let Guru sleep until he sees a girl, Aisha. Eventually he falls in love with her and quits his job and shifts to Mumbai from Goa. Just when things fit perfectly Aisha is attacked. Devastated Guru hunts for the miscreant. He is unable to lay down the problem as something is a miss. Who is the miscreant? Is Guru able to find him? Does he manage to get even ? The mystery unreveals next month.

The Aashiqui girl was caught unaware on the sets of 'Ek Villain' when she was told the fake knife was replaced with a real one when she stabbed a stunt-man who started bleeding, the entire cast and crew teamed up with MTV and plot this creepy prank on Shraddha. The MTV video went viral as it showed a stunt-man bleeding profusely after being stabbed my Shraddha. The bleeding stunt-man is shown being rushed to the hospital.

Bollywood actress Prachi Desai who made her debut on the small screen in 'Kasam se' by Balaji was last seen in Sanjay Dutt starrer 'Policegiri' is very excited about her cameo in the movie. She is a part of a special song, composed by a Pakistani band Soch and titled 'Awari' for which a special set was created in the film city and the plan was to style her in a never-seen-before avatar, as a smouldering hot bar dancer.
