Nargis Fakhri’s key to her sexy figure is no more a secret. The actress — who is known to be quite a health freak — has started sharing fitness tips with her fans on Twitter. She has started a new ritual of ‘Feel Good Fridays’ where she offers fitness advice and shares information on healthy foods as well as fitness regimes. Nargis says, “A healthy lifestyle is not just about working out and looking good. It’s about positive mental attitude, healthy food choices and participating in activities you enjoy.

Love yourself! Treat your body with love and respect, it’s your temple.” A source revealed that Nargis recently came across a fan who wanted her to talk to her class about eating healthy. “Since Nargis was shooting, she got her team to record a video of her with a special message for the class and sent it to the fan along with a box of her favourite health food options.” Now that’s what we call a real sweet treat.
