Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna is all set to do his 100th film and news is that director Krishna Vamsi will be helming it.

The actor's last film Dictator was a superhit and he wants to ensure that his 100th film is a milestone in his career. There was a lot of speculation as to who will direct his 100th film, but it looks like the director has been finalised now. 

The Tollywood grapevine says that N Balakrishna has asked Govindudu Andarivadele  director Krishna Vamsi to write an interesting script. Sources have been quoted by Deccan Chronicle as stating that the director is busy with scriptwork. 

There were many rumours doing the rounds about Balakrishna's 100th film. It was stated that he would do a sequel to Aditya 369 called Aditya 999. Then it was said that Boyapati Srinu would direct his film. 

At this moment, Balakrishna is busy with the Lepakshi celebrations to be held near Hindupur from February 27. This event aims at promoting Telugu art, culture and traditions. The actor is going to be seen as a Vijayanagar ruler Krishnadevaraya in a theatre production.
