Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar collaborate for a special something in '24'

Having worked together in Parindaa, Welcome and Welcome Back, Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor have formed a camaraderie of sorts. Now, the picky Nana has contributed in his own way to Anil’s 24: Season 2 by recording a special introductory note.

Says a source, “Anil has been showing the rushes of the second season of 24 to all his friends. While Aamir Khan loved it and even came for an event to launch the trailer of the show, another person who has loved the rushes is Nana Patekar. He called Anil and told him that it looked good. In fact, he was keen to do something for the show, but as most of the season has been wrapped up, he could not act in it. So, Nana has given a voiceover for the show. He will explain where Season 1 ends and Season 2 begins.”

The source adds that Nana took out time to lend his voice and record for the show. “Anil and Nana have many people thinking that their chemistry made their last two films together hits. Their most recent collaboration is something to look forward to.”
