Calendar girl to debut opposite Akshay Kumar in Vipul Shah’s next. Namaste, Aisha!
Actress Neha Sharma’s sister, model Aisha won’t be debuting in Sajid Nadiadwala’s Judwaa 2, directed by David Dhawan, opposite Varun Dhawan anymore. Instead, Aisha will now be seen making her debut in Vipul Shah’s Namaste England, which also stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha.
Says a source, “Sonakshi won’t be the only female lead opposite Akshay in NE. While she plays his wife, Aisha plays his love interest. She is very hot on the modelling circuit and her pairing with Akshay is a fresh one whereas, Sonakshi has been paired with the actor five times already.”
Adds the source, “Akshay has introduced many young girls to B-Town before this. He has an eye for fresh talent. Many an actress, including Taapsee Pannu and Tamannaah Bhatia, resurrected their B-Town careers because of him. They had sunk into oblivion here and were doing South movies till he gave them a break again in his films.”

Vipul plans to shoot the film in mid-August in England and later Mumbai and Punjab. The source adds, “He wants to first shoot in England because he wants to capture the beginning of winter.” And no, it’s not a sequel to Namastey London.”
