'Nagarjun' actor Pearl V Puri hits out at 'Naagins' Mouni Roy and Priyal Gor!

Mythological shows are definitely ruling the TV roost. With Naagin topping TRP charts and now Nagarjun getting a lot of mileage, the statement is only getting more prominence. 

But now, actor Pearl V Puri who will be playing Arjun in Nagarjun has hit out at the Naagins. Okay, so when we say Naagins, we mean Mouni Roy who plays Shivanya in Naagin and Priyal Gor who's essaying the lead role in a rather humorous Ichhapyaari Naagin. 

Pearl told a news agency, "There are many ‘Naagins' on TV but I am the only ‘Nagarjun' and will be the only one. I have been wanting to play a superhero since my childhood days, but what I've now realised is that what is meant to happen will happen as my casting for the role of Arjun happened overnight, that too when it was least expected." 

Now is that an indirect jibe at Mouni and Priyal? Your guess is as good as ours!
