She's played a North Indian in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, a South Indian in Chennai Express, a Maharashtrian mulgi in Happy New Year and now, Deepika Padukone is all set to turn heads with her hot, Bengali avatar in Piku. Lauded for the amazing trailer and the concept, the actress has also received a lot of appreciation for her look in the film. So much that the entire team has launched a collection of dresses, made on the lines of Deepika's character from the film.

"I have professionals who do my hair, make-up and styling. It's a pre-requisite in my profession and I feel they do a great job at it. However, personally, my style is a lot like Piku- very flowy, breezy, comfortable and functional at the same time," said Deepika while launching the clothing line.

Titled Piku Melange collection, the entire collection is an ethnic fusion from Melange and has different outfits that Deepika wears throughout the film. Talking on the same, Deepika told, "Piku is a working woman. She works during the day, runs the house and also takes care of her father. So the only thing she looks for in her clothes is the comfort. She believes in looking stylish and presentable but be comfortable at the same time."

Piku which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan will release on May 8 this year.
