After captivating the entire world with her wedding ceremony, the royal bride, Meghan Markle, who is now the Ducchess of Sussex, made a public appearance on Saturday evening ahead of her wedding reception in a bespoke gown designed by Stella McCartney. Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, were on their way to the private evening reception, hosted by the groom's father, Prince Charles, at Frogmore House, when they were photographed in a silver-blue Jaguar.

Meghan's silk-crepe gown featured a high neck which complimented her toned arms beautifully. She paired it with satin heels by Aquazzura, a luxury Italian shoe label. Her hair was tied in a messy bun by George Northwood, a London-based stylist. One of the highlights of her reception look was ofcourse her husband's wedding-gift, an aquamarine ring, which originally belonged to Harry's mother, late Diana, Princess of Wales.

For her wedding, Meghan had picked a sleek sculpted dress by Givenchy. While the long-sleeved gown featuring a boat neck, had garnered good reviews from the fashion critics, it was her reception dress that got more 'likes'. The second ensemble was more reflective of Meghan's true style, which is classy and chic.

"I'm so proud and honored to have been chosen by the Duchess of Sussex to make her evening gown and represent British design. It had truly been one of the most humbling moments of my career and I am so proud of all the team on this stunning royal day," McCartney said in a statement.

The royal wedding reception saw 200 close friends and family members join a black-tie celebratory dinner at Fragmore house. The newly-wed couple had their first dance on Saturday during their reception party.

The Duchess will attend her first royal garden party in the grounds of Buckingham Palace on Tuesday. The couple will be staying in the UK for some period before taking off for their honeymoon.
