Meet Madhav Jha: Arjun Kapoor begins shooting for 'Half Girlfriend'

Arjun Kapoor will once again be the hero of one of Chetan Bhagat's novel. After 2 States, he will play Madav Jha in the movie adaptation of his another best seller Half Girlfriend. 

The shoot for the highly anticipated movie, directed by Mohit Suri, began on Wednesday in New Delhi. 

Arjun Kapoor, in the lead role, will play the role of a National level Basketball player. Arjun's been training with the international basketball team from USA to perfect the sport. 

Shraddha Kapoor will be his leading lady.

Half Girlfriend is a love story of a Bihari boy and an upper society girl. Based on the backdrop of how English defines a class system, it talks about Madhav, who wants a relationship with the high society, urban and English speaking Riya, but the girl is not interested in commitment. Hence she becomes his half girlfriend. 

Half Girlfriend will be shot in varied locations from Bihar, Delhi to New York.
