Mario Lopez weds Courtney Mazza in outdoor ceremony

Mario Lopez married his girlfriend, actress Courtney Mazza, in an outdoor ceremony in Punta Mita, Mexico, on Saturday.

According to Extra, the couple, who met in 2008 when the 39-year-old actor starred in A Chorus Line on Broadway, got married just before sunset at the seaside estate of Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis, People magazine reported.

The wedding featured a mariachi band, a wedding cake with a winter-wonderland-meets-beach theme by Cake Boss Buddy Valastro. Lopez said that he’s hoping that he and Mazza will soon expand their brood. “We’re working on that. Right after the wedding. We’ll wait for the guests to leave and then we’re getting right on that!” he joked.

The marriage will be shown in a 2-hour TLC special titled Mario and Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta, to be aired on December 8.
