The ?Suicide Squad? fame, Margot Robbie, is all set to play the role of Queen Elizabeth in the upcoming drama ?Mary Queen of Scots,? according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The 26-year-old actress will play the Queen opposite Saoirse Ronan?s Mary Stuart in the Working Title and Focus Features project.

The story focuses on the historical family rivalry between Elizabeth and Mary, when the latter attempted to overthrow her cousin's seat on the English thrown

Helmed by Josie Rourke, the movie is penned by Michael Hirst and Penelope Skinner. Working Title?s Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner and Deborah Hayward are set to produce.

Margot Robbie just wrapped up production for sports biography ?I, Tonya,? in which she will be playing the role of a professional ice skater Tonya Harding. The flick also stars Sebastian Stan in an important role.
