Malayalam superstar Mohanlal bonds with his son

Malayalam superstar Mohanlal hardly shares pictures with his family, but on Sunday, he posted a picture with his son in ethnic wear. There were many rumours earlier that Pranav would get into acting like his famous father, but that didn't happen. Instead, the son got into direction. He worked as an assistant director with famous Malayalam director Jeethu Joseph. Pranav was an AD for the director in Papanasam and Life of Josutty 

But Pranav has also done some acting in the past. In 2002, he won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for his role in the film Punarjani directed by Major Ravi. He also did guest appearances in Onnaman and Sagar Alias Jackie Reloaded. 

Wonder whether Pranav is set to make his directorial debut soon!
