Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan signs Pratap Pothen's film scripted by Anjali Menon

Actor and director Prathap Pothen is known for many roles in his career. Now, he is back to directing a film after a break of 20 years from Malayalam cinema. Pothen wrote on Facebook that he has now signed on rising star Dulquer Salmaan, Malayalam superstar Mammootty's son, for his upcoming film.

Pratap Pothen's film will have some renowned people behind the scenes - ace cameraman and director Rajeev Menon will wield the camera while Bangalore Days director Anjali Menon is writing the script. Anjali has worked with Pratap Pothen in her film when he played a role in it. Their association continues with this film.

Pothen had stated to the media, earlier, that it was new generation love story that he would be making. Most of the shooting for the film will take place in Varkala.
