Actress Laila Rouass and her professional partner Anton du Beke are the latest couple to be voted out of 'Strictly Come Dancing' after competing against Ricky Whittle in a dance-off.

Laila and Anton scored bottom of the leader board by the judges with 59 out of 100 while dance-off contestants Ricky and Natalie topped the table with a whopping 95 out of 100, reports the Telegraph.

The couples had an extra judge to impress, with professional ballerina Darcey Bussell joining the panel, so the pressure was on as they each performed one ballroom and one Latin dance. Although Laila improved when she danced for a place in next week's semi-final, the judges chose to save Whittle and voted off Laila and her partner.

Laila said it had been 'a dream' dancing with du Beke. "I have had such a fantastic time," she said. Her partner responded by saying, "She's been an absolute joy to be with. Not once has she moaned or complained."

Laila, who starred in Footballers' Wives and Primeval, did not complain when both her dances were criticised by the judges.
