Krushna Abhishek miffed with Govinda for choosing Kapil Sharma's show over his?

Apparently, Krushna Abhishek is miffed with his Chi Chi mama who chose to appear on The Kapil Sharma Show over his Comedy Nights Live.

If rumours are to be believed, Krushna has been asking Govinda to make an appearance on his show for the past three months but apparently, Govinda didn't have the required dates. According to The Times Of India, hurt by Govinda's act, Krushna said, "I messaged him again four days ago, but to my shock, I learnt that he and his wife were shooting with Kapil on Wednesday." Krushna is miffed because he expected his uncle to support him.

The matter doesn't end there. Govinda is apparently upset with his nephew's remarks about him. On his show, Krushna had cracked a joke saying, "Maine Govinda ko apna mama rakha hai' (I have kept Govinda as my uncle)." TOI reports that Krushna tried to clarify the matter saying that it wasn't meant to be in a bad taste. Krushna was quoted as saying, "It wasn't derogatory at all. I have no qualms on being addressed as Govinda's nephew; it is like my second identity."

However, Govinda's side of story adds more mud in the muddy waters. Reportedly, Govinda doesn't like the fact that Govinda is making money by insulting others on small screen. He said, "I was extremely upset with the 'Mama rakha hai' remark and summoned him home." Govinda asked him to refrain from making derogatory remarks in the guise of gags. He added, "I am used to reading good, bad and ugly things about myself, but it's annoying to have a family member making a personal interaction public. That's unacceptable. I can't trust him anymore," reports TOI.

The episode with Govinda with wife Sunita and daughter Tina on The Kapil Sharma Show will be aired on June 26.
