Kris Humphries raises issue of Kim Kardashian's 'unplanned pregnancy'

Kris Humphries has brought Kim Kardashian’s unborn baby in the middle of their divorce proceedings.

The 32-year-old reality star is angry at what she sees as stall tactics by Humphries to close the legal books on their 72-day marriage.

But Humphries’ lawyer Marshall W. Waller has written that Kardashian is using her unplanned pregnancy as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage to prematurely set the matter for trial, People magazine reported.

He said that incidentally the pregnancy is something the sportsperson had nothing to do with.

Waller explained his reasoning for calling the pregnancy as unplanned, saying that “Indeed, why would (she) plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?

Kardashian, herself, had recently addressed the timing saying that God brought things at a time when people least expect it.

She added that even though she is a planner, the pregnancy was just meant to be as she couldn’t just wait for years to get a divorce.
