Koffee with Karan episode featuring Kapil Sharma scrapped? Here's the truth!

The team had shot a few episodes in bank and used them much later, just like the Farah Khan - Sania Mirza episode, which was aired two months after it was shot. While this weekend, it will be a director's special on KWK with three of the top directors - Zoya Akhtar, Imtiaz Ali and Kabir Khan - coming together, one wonders when the makers will use Kapil Sharma's episode. 

Like Priyanka Chopra, Kapil too shot for the episode alone. But there were rumours that because there wasn't enough masala, the episode was scrapped.

Is it true? A source tells us, "No, it's not true. The promo of Kapil's episode will be aired this Sunday. And his episode will be telecast next Sunday, on March 5."
