KKW Beauty, Kim Kardashian West's new perfume brand, has been sued by a marketing company for plagiarising their logo for its new fragrance 'Vibes'.

Vibes Media, a Chicago-based marketing firm, has filed a lawsuit against the company for copying its speech bubble-like logo for a new Kimoji perfume.

According to The Blast, the company claimed they had trademarked the logo in 2012.

"Kardashian West has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume. The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the registered Vibes logo," the company said.

Vibes Media's complaint is only against Vibes due to the similarity of the shape of the bottle to the logo in their office.

The company wants the popular selling perfume to be destroyed and has also claimed damages.
