Khushboo Kkamal in 'Maharana Pratap'

Khusbhoo Kkamal who is currently seen in Piya Ka Ghar Pyara Lage as Pinky is all set to enter Bharat Ke Veer Putra Maharana Pratap. Khushboo will be seen playing the role of Rani Karnawati. Says Khushboo, “Maharani Karnavati, wife of Sangram Singh was a brave woman and she started the tradition of johar. A woman who takes johar when her husband is alive dresses up in a bridal look.

However, I am shown to be a widow so my dressing is very simple. I have two looks in the serial. I will be seen wearing the royal attire with all the heavy jewellery and costumes and in  in the other look I wear a simple lehenga choli and dupatta with only a kangan, Tulsi ki mala and some rings with light make-up.” Khushboo had earlier grabbed headlines when she participated in the the show Zindagi Ki Haqeekat Se Aamna Samna. Her episode was misinterpreted as her real story and her promo had created havoc in her personal life.
