Pop star Justin Timberlake's summer anthem 'Can't Stop The Feeling' has been named the year's worst song by Time magazine.

The uptempo dance anthem from the movie Trolls was a summer smash and hit the top of the charts all over the world, but it appears not everyone was a fan.

The track has been crowned the Worst Song of the Year on Time's annual countdown.

'Can't Stop The Feeling' beat Missy Elliott and Fall Out Boy's much-criticised remake of the Ghostbusters theme, two Meghan Trainor tunes, and big hits from Mike Posner and Lukas Graham to land at number one.
