Jurassic World 2: First teaser poster is as mysterious as it gets

Jurassic World 2 director JA Bayona unveiled the first look of the movie on Wednesday and it is grand!

The image shows a little girl in a museum standing surrounded by different skeletons of dinosaurs, looking at a triceratops skull.

There are no details available about who the child actor is but her co-star Bryce Dallas Howard seems to be inspired by the 'inquisitive little lady.'

Director of Jurassic World Colin Trevorrow, who is helming Star Wars: Episode IX and now serves as a producer for the sequel also tweeted the same image.

The story of the sequel remains under wraps but Bryce Dallas Howard has been tweeting an image a day from the sets if fans want to connect the dots and formulate theories.

Apart from Howard and the little girl, Chris Pratt is returning to play his ranger character Owen. BD Wong is also back to play Dr Henry Wu. The cast is joined by James Cromwell, Toby Jones, Geraldine Chaplin, Rafe Spall, and Ted Levine.

The movie is set to release on June 22, 2018
