Johnny Depp to republish cult classic novel 'Narcisa: Our Lady of Ashes'

Johnny Depp will be republishing classic cult novel, 'Narcisa: Our Lady of Ashes,' via his HarperCollins imprint Infinitum Nihil.

The book, the work of tattoo artist Jonathan Shaw which was first published in 2008, centers on a "motorcycle-riding, nomadic outlaw poet" and "crack-smoking philosopher prostitute" in Rio, the New York Post reported.

The novel had gained cult fans including Iggy Pop and Jim Jarmusch, but had gone out of print, and after which it asked for about 200 dollars per copy as a collector's item.

Depp, who's soon to be married to Amber Heard, may have faced failure at box office in recent times, but the actor's upcoming venture has gained good talks.
