Scarlett Johansson says she wants her two-year-old daughter Rose to view her as a self-reliant woman and wants her to become one too when she grows up.

The 32-year-old actress believes it is important that her child recognises the importance of a being strong role model for females around the world, reported FemaleFirst.

"I am so proud to do and I love to do and to be able to show my daughter that and have her come to the workplace and show her I'm an independent woman making it happen - it is very important for me," says the "Ghost in the Shell" star.

Scarlett, who shares her daughter with her estranged husband Romain Dauriac, wants to set an example for Rose and wants to see her working on the sets of a film.
