Jennifer Aniston has opened up about her therapy regarding her struggles to express anger and her need to be a "control freak".

The 45-year-old actress revealed that her beloved doctor passed away at a crazy time, right when she and Brad Pitt were going through their divorce, E! Online reported.

The Friends superstar added that she learned so much in the four years she worked with her therapist and that when she did pass away, everything that they talked about and discussed, allowed her to be really peaceful about her split with Pitt.

According to Aniston, her therapist focused on the fundamental issue of self-assertion allowing Aniston not to bottle her anger up in unhealthy ways. These day, Aniston said she's on a really good, personal, strict regime, as she meditates every day for about 20 minutes, at different times, usually right after a cup of coffee and before the chaos starts.
