It was like a failed marriage: Kavita Kaushik on walking out of 'Dr Bhanumati On Duty'

Kavita Kaushik's new TV show 'Dr Bhanumati On Duty' went on air last month. Within a month, now trouble has struck their paradise. Kavita who's unhappy with her character and role has staged a walkout, leaving the team in stress. 

When asked why she decided to walk out of the show, she cited creative reasons. "I was not happy with the way that the show was panning out. They were trying to make another FIR, I thought," she told Spotboye.com. 

She doesn't believe in making clones of her other tough-cop character from her previous show FIR. ""I don't like to be a copy even if it is my own. I believe in my capabilities to play variety of roles and shall walk away from anything that makes me feel otherwise," she said. 

She even compared this to a failed marriage. She told the portal, "It didn't work out for me, but so what? Don't several marriages go kaput very soon? Don't several marital relationships lead to a divorce in just few months?"
