Deepika Padukone’s appearance at a recent style awards event sans beau Ranveer Singh got tongues wagging. Some attributed it to a possible diktat (to stay apart) from Sanjay Leela Bhansali following the trouble he faced over Padmavati, where the two play enemies. Others were of the opinion that they drifted apart following her xXx3 promotions with Vin Diesel. RS and DP haven’t been spotted in public together since that film’s premiere. However, an insider runs down all the rumours, saying, “None of this is true. Ranveer could not attend as he had wisdom tooth surgery and is still healing from it. He had informed the organisers beforehand that he could not attend.” Okay, then!
