Intolerance row: Is Aamir Khan trying to avoid the media glare?

Aamir Khan has been the centre of attraction ever since he expressed his views on the subject of religious intolerance prevalent in the country. While some supported his stand, a majority of the crowd went against him, and slammed him on social networing sites. Although Aamir soon issued a statement where he clearly claimed that he is proud to be an Indian, he isn't ready to face the media anytime soon. 

Aamir who was busy shooting for his upcoming film Dangal in Ludhiana wrapped up the shoot of his film and was flying back to Mumbai. Knowing this, media had thronged to the airport to catch Aamir and talk to him about the ongoing controversy. What did Aamir do? "Instead of taking the regular exit point, Aamir made an exit from a separate enclosure meant for chartered flights," our source tells us. 

Special arrangements were also made to ensure that Aamir can safely reach his Khar residence without having to face the media glare. Not only did Aamir manage to reach his car without any hassle, he also entered his house without much of a media hullabaloo. Now that leaves us with one question. Is Aamir deliberately avoiding the media now? Does he not want to clarify his stand and statement? Your guess is as good as ours!
