Imran Khan’s project montage

When Imran Khan was asked to ditch his romantic hero image for a raw, ruffian look for his upcoming film with Vishal Bhardwaj, the actor took this image changeover quite seriously. But the extent of the seriousness in his approach to the look was recently revealed by an insider.

A source close to the young star shares that the actor clicked himself daily, at around the same time from the first day to the last day of working on the look, to track the progression.

“Imran had an alarm set on his mobile phone and each day at exactly the same time, he would snap himself concentrating on his bearded look. So by the end of it he had some 400 photographs tracing his clean look from day one to the bearded look on the last day of Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola,” says the source.

The source adds that the actor has made a montage of all his photographs in sequential order and plans to showcase them at an event on Thursday.
