Nishikant Kamat who is playing the antagonist in his next directorial starring John Abraham, is clear that he will never face the camera while directing. "I found it a daunting task. It's like being in two places at the same time. I'll never do it again," he says.

Kamat who is no stranger to acting, decided to do the part when the original choice for the part got cold feet. Kamat speaks about his role reluctantly, "Actually I wanted it to be kept a secret until the film's release.

I wanted the focus to be entirely on John, who I feel has done some of the best action scenes ever attempted in a Hindi film." Speaking of his role in the film, the director says, "I play a role that was to be done by a friend of mine, not a professional actor but he suited the role physically. At the last moment he found it too tough to handle. I stepped in out of desperation."
