Model-turned-actor Milind Soman says that he has no intentions of toning down his bold ways.
Supermodel-turned-actor Milind Soman is now taking a few ocassional modelling assignments and insists that there is no method in the madness.
According to Milind, he has started endorsing a few brands now and is taking up other assignments too.
"I have just taken up a few assignments; in fact just a few days back, I signed up with a furnishings and bed linen brand. I have slowed down a bit to do things according to my own pace," says Milind.
We can't resist but ask Milind as to why he refused to play the role of a gigolo in an upcoming film and he says, "It was not because that I didn't want to play the role as such. I just didn't think that I would suit the character. So I texted the director that I am too old to play a gigolo. I don't really think that but at that time, I had run out of better excuses," he laughs.
But is it true that Milind has decided to go easy on his bold ways after his infamous advertisement for a sports shoe brand with former girlfriend and model Madhu Sapre, where both of them posed in the nude? "Not at all! I am not ashamed about anything I have done. The ad was a good one and it got a lot of attention. If something does not appeal to me, I will not do it just for money," he adds.
The former Tinsel Town hottie admits that he has rejected a lot of offers to participate in reality shows in the recent past. "I did get an offer to get locked up in a house and sometime back, there was this offer to get onto a dance reality show but I didn't want to get into those formats. Though there was a lot of money there, somehow it didn't feel right for me at that point of time. I have already done an adventure reality show and have judged a show to find a swimsuit calendar girl." Anything on the movie front? "None," he ends.
