I am happily single, says model Hrishant Goswami

Model Hrishant Goswami, who got noticed during his stint on a reality show before being evicted recently, says that the move was unexpected. 

Having studied in the US and Nigeria, the winner of a model hunt contest finally managed to become a household name and now wants to cash in on his new found popularity by trying his luck in Bollywood.

Talking to DNA, after his eviction, Goswami explains, “I was never serious about my occupation until I entered the reality show house. I am now more focused about my career and will concentrate on Bollywood. But I will continue modelling till I get my big break.”

A lot was said about Pakistani actor Veena Malik’s love for Goswami. Quiz him about it and he says, “She is a sweet girl but I was never attracted to her as such. I don’t even want to be involved in any relationship right now.”

So is he seeing anyone outside the house, “No, I am happily single and yes my previous relationships (do we read Ayesha Thapar?) were great and I had fun.”

Talking about Thapar, he says, “We are friends and I will meet her when I go to Delhi. But right now I want to channel my energies towards making a successful career. Love will happen if it has to but it isn’t on my priority list.”

Lastly, his best memory in the house? “There are many but the best has to be meeting and being able to stay with Pamela Anderson under the same roof. I felt as if God answered one my prayers! Really — she is such a gem of a person, and I was bound to be hypnotised by her. I was on cloud 9 like any other man in my shoes would be,” he ends.
