Hulk Hogan horrified that best friend may have leaked sex tape

Hulk Hogan was horrified to discover his best friend Bubba the Love Sponge may have leaked his sex tape.

The 'TNA IMPACT' star is furious the footage of himself and Heather Clem - the estranged wife of Bubba - surfaced online last week but said his pal insisted he had no knowledge of the intimate recording.

However, TMZ has revealed Bubba can be seen at the end of the tape, after Hulk has left the room saying to Heather, "If we ever did want to retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage."

Hulk told the website he said to his friend, "If you had anything to do with this, that means we were never friends."
Hulk’s  attorney David R. Houston filed a criminal police report in Clearwater, Florida, on Tuesday morning, claiming whoever made the tape committed a felony by unlawfully recording Hulk without his consent  and whoever leaked it broke the law by unlawfully running that footage.

The action comes after Hulk - whose real name is Terry Bollea - sent a cease-and-desist letter to Gawker, demanding the website remove a minute-long clip it posted.
