A source says, both Malaika and Arjun’s vanity vans were parked side-by-side, but the two never crossed each other’s paths
Malaika Arora took over from Sonakshi Sinha as the judge of Nach Baliye 8 as the latter is out of the country. Sona was part of the Da-Bang tour with Salman and will join Hrithik Roshan and Madhuri Dixit Nene on the Night Loaded With Stars tour. The Da-Bang team returned on Saturday, but Sonakshi did not as she chose to take a holiday before she goes on the next tour thereby missing the Nach Baliye 8 shoot, which was with her ex-flame Arjun Kapoor. He visited the sets along with his Half Girlfriend co-star Shraddha Kapoor and director Mohit Suri. Though Sona was away, it was Malaika and Arjun’s equation on the sets that was keenly watched as the two are rumoured to be dating, though the former has said in the past that they are good friends. - When it came to the seating arrangement, they ensured they did not sit next to each other. Says the source, “They did not interact much on the sets except for exchanging pleasantries.”
- When they started posing for the pictures, the lensmen clicked Malaika first. Then Arjun walked in. “They asked Arjun to take centrestage for a picture, but he asked them to hold on till his film team came. They wanted his solo picture, but he kept himself busy and when Malaika moved from the stage for a phone call, he went and posed for solo pictures. For the group picture Terrence Lewis and Malaika were already on the stage when Arjun, Shraddha and Mohit joined them. It so happened that Malaika and Arjun stood next to each other. The place was too small and they did not want to draw attention by changing places,” informs a source.
